The pool has a bar and large hot tub highly recommend loved the interactions with the ducks also didn’t realize they had a splash pad until the last day

I've stayed at this resort multiple times. This year we showed up and the property had many upgrades. I like the fact that there is a restaurant and a bar on site. The area is convenient.

Room was clean and spacious. Sound proofing is not good unfortunately, and the facility is starting to show its age. Limited cooking utensils and lack of BBQ Grill utensils with staff member suggesting go to the dollar store down the street to get some.

Had a great time here with my family , rooms had a bunch of space for us on our week stay. Only thing is the pools although said to be heated was a bit cold. The room was very clean . Bed sheets/ blankets are I bit hard could definitely be softer but we made due. I would absolutely stay here again, staff was also always very friendly!

The stay was exceptional! The check-in receptionist Nicol was so gracious and very friendly. The cleaning staff, security, and everyone that I met was great! The rooms were very clean upon arrival and anytime I needed extra items they were delivered quickly.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated. However, the pool was a major concern—the chlorine levels seemed off, and my kids ended up with sore, irritated eyes. There were also pool lights coming loose and dangling in the water, which felt unsafe. We reported it, but it wasn’t addressed during our stay. The room itself was spacious and nice overall, but it felt worn and could use some updates, especially the bed frames.

The room was nice, a little outdated but comfortable. There were several stains in the tub and sink and issues with toilet not flushing. Could have been cleaned better prior to our check in. The staff was helpful and kind. The manager was accommodating with our concerns so I appreciated him for that. We stay in the room across the highway, which is several times was hazardous attempting to cross back to the main side. The pool was nice on the main side, but the pull on the opposite side was cold and the Jacuzzi did not work. I was told that they would comp a night from the customer service rep Online but if you have to hear back.

We came to this resort with our family of 5, and stayed in the oaks. We had an amazing vacation. All the amenities we needed. We used the pool every day, and even bbq on the gas grill for Easter. The resort was a little older but very clean. We had a few issues, like the keys wouldn’t work, one bathroom shower handle was broke, the master bath water pressure was like a sprinkle, and the refrigerator motor broke as well. Maintenance and security took care of all our issues right away. Very promptly. I bundled this resort on Expedia and the price was great. I honestly didn’t mind the the older resort, since they came quickly to any needs. I also like the fact we had a washer and dryer, with the entire kitchen and dinning room for our family to enjoy family dinners. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

It was as great place for the price! Only reason for 4 stars was it was a hassle to get keys to our room. We arrived super late an no one was at the front desk. So had to call and wait almost an hour and a half before getting to room. They did give me a late check out over the deal so it gave an extra hr of sleep time.
