"Overall, disappointing. Room was fine, as expected. I decided to dine in the bar which was very disappointing. No atmosphere and not welcoming. Quality of food was very poor and my only solace was that I didn’t pay £19 for breakfast. Maybe it was a just bad day for the hotel but I wouldn’t return. "

"our 5th stay here . best room . great view. spotless. comfortable bed. a couple of seats in the room were nice. good tea tray . biscuits and hot chocolate was a really nice touch. very friendly staff. great breakfast "

"Stayed multiple times here as its ideal base to visit friends & family from when in the area. Always clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Can’t comment on food as not eaten there. "

"Very nice stay - everything was very good. The only things I would say could have improved our time was that it would have been very helpful for a member of staff to show us around the spa as it’s not always clear where to go. Also the service was slow at breakfast time. "
