"From the outside, this hotel doesn't look like much, but the location was perfect for us (show at the Albert-Rousseau theatre), and the bedroom we received was modern, ultra spacious and right next to the pool (or should I say the really nice tropical environment where the pool/spa are located). The staff at reception was also very polite and accommodating. The only important downside (not specific to Universal) is a new tendency in the hotel industry to stop "making the room" every day. "We picked this hotel based on reviews. Very impressed. Clean room, king bed was very comfortable, having a Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a two storey hotel, so no elevators. Once all the construction in the area is finished will be easier to get to. Convenient next to the highway. "
