The room was clean, large, comfortable, and we had a lovely view down to the river. The valet parking worked well and the staff was helpful. The location was perfect for accessing the old town, the board walk, the citadel, and many restaurants and shops.

Room we stayed in is very small. Staff were great. Don’t forget to get the free bus tickets especially if you’re going to Montmorency Falls. Close to tourist spots, dining and shopping.

The room was very large with a sitting area and plenty of room for our bags. The bathroom was also very large and well stocked. Located 1 block from the boardwalk and just a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. The staff was very polite and helpful, with complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again.

This boutique hotel was centrally located in old Quebec so location was perfect to explore the area. It was a little pricey without some amenities some hotels offer, but the charm of the building and location (witjh exceptional people) provided a quaint ambiance of older times. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the 24/7 coffee machine.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Large, clean, well stocked rooms. I very much liked that juices and coffee were available 24 hours a day at no cost. Great location. A very short walk to Dufferin Terrace and Funicular to the lower town. My only complaint is the breakfast. Expensive and not a good selection.

The room was very clean and nice and bright. Perfectly located, close to everything in Old Quebec. The staff are wonderful - extremely friendly and beyond helpful. We looked forward to seeing them at the end of our day. They serve delightful pastries and waffles for breakfast as well. Highly recommend this excellent hotel. We will 100% stay here again.

The hotel was in a very convenient location for touring Old Quebec without a car. Very walkable from there. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel clean. Our room was very small (booked a superior king). I was expecting a bigger room with a better view. Our view was of the brick wall of the hotel and another building not far away. Disappointed in our room. Didn't really get the type of room I was expecting for the money we paid.

Small but clean room but the bathrooms were very old, cramped and the grout needed scrubbing. There was little to no useful ventilation in the bathroom so you had to open the door to let the steam out. Skimpy 1 ply paper and small towels. The queen bed was comfortable. Our companions took advantage of the wine vending machine but we did not want to pay an extra $20. For the continental self serve breakfast. Parking was extra but we got a hefty discount because we had an EV and bonus was that it was charged up for us upon leaving. The hotel is in a good location right behind the Hotel Frontenac and across from a park.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower was great! A/C was fine. We were disappointed that there was no real dining room. There was a very basic breakfast available but without fresh fruit etc. Parking is available in a lot immediately behind the hotel accessible via a back door.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Chateau Bellevue. The staff was very attentive, accommodations very clean, and they even did us the courtesy of charging our EV for our long journey home. Would highly recommend this hotel.
