"We had an amazing stay at our hotel in Sultanahmet! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Fatima was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Alper went the extra mile to make us feel completely at home, and his kindness truly made a difference in our stay. A big thank you as well to Ozan and “Ozan 2” for being so helpful, especially with arranging a taxi and assisting us when we didn’t have Turkish currency. Their support made things so much easier. The hotel’s location was perfect—central yet quiet, making it easy to reach the main attractions while still enjoying a peaceful environment. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is gorgeous and has the old world charm you expect to see in Istanbul. The common areas were spotlessly clean, and the food for the included breakfast was delicious. The view from the restaurant was amazing. The courtyard landscaping is beautiful; I can only imagine how wonderful it is to relax there in the summer.The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly professional gentlemen. They're very likeable guys who really went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. It was extremely cold during my stay, and they made sure I had a space heater to keep me warm. They also extended my stay in my same room and allowed me to check out late with no fee. They booked a taxi for me to get me to the airport on time, & just really made me feel like a cherished guest. But what REALLY made my stay special is the fact that they put me in the absolute best room in the hotel: the terrace room directly above the lobby with a full view of The Blue Mosque directly across the street. I'm still awestruck at being able to look out of my window and see that majestic sight anytime I wanted. I am already anticipating my return to Istanbul and my stay at Sultanahmet Palace Hotel. I sincerely hope they'll put me in that Blue Mosque view room every time I visit. "

"Great experience. Check in was speedy, room /facility was ~good ( obviously smaller space vs. USA lodgings), overall acceptable. Breakfast was perfect and great attendance by staff. Overall very pleased with property and it is a great central location for all the old town activities you are looking for. Would recommend to American / other travelers as it check the boxes of economy, cleanliness, professionalism and location. "
