"The hotel was very elegant with a beautiful view facing the water. The room was very clean, all the staff were very polite. The man at the front desk helped us acquire a card for public transportation and even helped us refill it. The hotel was accessible to the ferry and the staff helped us understand the system. All the workers were so attentive and kind, great customer service! "

"The property is run by Mr. Selim and his associates (one of which is Mr. Burhan). They created a family atmosphere and were helpful in every way they can. The property is run very smoothly and as opposed to other properties in the Sultanahmet area (extremely popular with tourists) the focus in Ergovan is on quality: no frilly decorations, and curtains. The focus is on service, comfort, and efficiency. Ten stars!"

"My husband and I took a family trip to Wineport with our parents, and stayed overnight. We booked three rooms, all of which had working fireplaces. The property is situated on the river in a quiet and secluded part of town with no other hotels nearby; there was a complete sense of privacy. Our stay at Wineport was memorable in more ways than expected. Although it was a rainy day, we were able to hang out at the lobby/ study area, watch the nature and take sips of various Turkish red wines....
