Very friendly and helpful staff, very responsive to messages ahead of our arrival and they helped us arrange transportation from the airport which was very helpful. Clean room and premises, rooftop restaurant was very convenient and has an amazing view! All in all, strongly recommend! "

"Excellent experience all around! Beautiful panoramic view of the Bosphorus and old city Istanbul with wide variety of options for breakfast. Service was also top notch, especially bell captain Aytac, who was especially hospitable and one of the highlights of our experience as a result of his attention to detail and warmth towards us. Safe neighborhood with good dining options nearby, and within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. Room was spacious and service was prompt. 10/10 would stay here again."
