"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Donizetti Istanbul, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The hospitality was truly outstanding, the front desk staff were so warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also have to shout out the breakfast; the fresh fruits, bread and pastry selection was fantastic. Highly recommended!"

"Staff is not professional and owners are aggressive. I do not recommend this hotel. The receptionist kept by mistake my passport after I checked in, didn't give it back as I checked out so I missed my flight, had to buy another ticket (370 euros). As I came back to fetch my passport, not only the owners of the hotel refused to compensate me but one was very aggressive with me, kept criticizing me, saying that I don't know how to travel, a very bad attitude. They didn't even give the minimum...
