"The hotel was fabulous - we got a free upgrade as an Expedia VIP to a suite, which was wonderful. The room was very modern - with great bathroom. The steam room, sauna and pool were great amenities. I’d definitely recommend getting the breakfast which was excellent. The staff were very friendly and gave us a ride in the historic elevator - they really made the trip while, it is a great hotel! "

"The breakfast was a complete let down.. I am a Pescatarian, no fish/ Salmon available.. no beans , no hash browns, no plant based foods available.. For the price, a complete con.. , The reception staff, not very helpful, the Porter, just want to get you a taxi, so they earn commission… The house keeping staff , the lady who cleaned the room, were very nice.. Also the pool/ Gym opens at 10am- 10pm… most people want to use before they start there days… steam wasnt working.. aHave to buy a cap, if you want to use pool… Ask the receptionist, about any nice places to eat, totally unhelpful.. porter, ai felt was rude, asking the reception about costs for shuttle, Porter says you have to talk to me… he was worried about his commission.. wanted 45 Euros.. got a yellow taxi outside the hotel for 32 Euro to IST.. It was because the short porter was rude , I decided to not go for shuttle.. then made enquiries for the Taxi, and saved money.."

The LOUNGE ACCESS is a magnificent view to landmarks with affordable value for all they provide- the curated drink menu and gourmet small plates not to mention the artisan pastries, made me feel like VIP! The SPA & The POOL The Starbucks next door. We were ASTONISHED by all the beauty of the hotel (better than Central Park’s NY hotels). The videos & website’s hotel cannot capture the magnificent views, the superb hospitality all the staff who provided a royal treatment in a sophisticated atmosphere! "The location is very convenient, as you are close to all the shops and restaurants. In the hotel itself, you can see lots of mould in the shower. The coffee maker wouldn't work, I asked the cleaning supervisor for another machine and she said it would be done in 5 minutes, two hours later I asked the front desk and they assured me that it would be done, the next morning I realized that nothing has been done, I called the front desk again and they sent a staff to fix it which he couldn't, after sometime he brought another coffee machine which had the same problem, and finally they ordered me a coffee from the bar. When I was leaving, the manager approached me to apologize and explain the difficulties the hotel is going through and when I checked out she had a small gift for the inconvenience I experienced."

"Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter."
