"Our family enjoyed this hotel very much. We booked for 6 nights. We we really liked was great location and wonderful staff like Feride who was so nice to our family. The hotel also has nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hammam. Walking distance to Taksim Square, transport link and main shopping street. Breakfast can be improved. Fruits and salads nice and fresh and you can order omelettes. We recommend "

However we booked a room with three beds and all of the sheets and linen had stains, the bathroom didn’t feel clean and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. Overall I would book a different place even if I have to pay a bit more. "

I had issues with my mobility, so I wouldn't stay on the European side. It's very hilly. The tram was quick and easy to use to get to places. Make sure you have enough data during your stay."

"I had no idea what to expect because I didn’t know Istanbul when I made the booking. I figured we’d stay a few nights and then move once we knew the layout of the city. Instead we extended here for the whole week. The location is perfect for sightseeing and vacationers. Plenty of convenient walking destinations and right across from the sea. The rooms are great, the breakfast is very good, the restaurant is good but a bit pricey however there are tons of other eating options within 5-10 minutes walking. All in all, this turned out to be a great choice. "

"Great, fresh breakfast spread. Room was clean. Then only disappointing part was that we booked two rooms and the room with three beds for our kids was larger was bigger with a bigger en-suite than our room/washroom with the king bed. Having said that, location was amazing (central to all major attraction Kanin sultanahmet) and staff was extremely helpful. "

"We recently stayed at saint sophia hotel for 5 days and we had a great time this hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul city across from Hagia Sophia mosque and three minutes walk to the blue mosque the staff was amazing the room was very clean and breakfast was delicious.
