"This hotel is an ideal location and very close proximity to all the main visiting sights. It is a clean and relatively new hotel, with classic decor and spacious rooms. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Ferhat, Aykut and Hamza on reception who were really accomodating. "Really nice. Difficult to find at first, as reception is behind the main entrance. Great little apartment. 3 double bedrooms, kitchen area, dining table and a sofa a tele, and bathroom. Beds were firm, which is good. Location was great. Right next to Galata Tower, with one of the rooms being able to see it, well, the top of it. Just off main street, so was quiet, but only 50 metres from being in the hustle. Only negative was the bathroom door. It was a sliding one, but the handle wasn’t...

"It was one night. They have latenight reception so tgat was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided simple enough linen. There was noise especially close to morning with doors opening and people walking across the corridor. Maybe some bit of sound proofing would help."

"Room was ok but toilet smell was coming in the room. Also breakfast was not acceptable at all we did not take breakfast after the first day breakfast. Scrambled egg were uncooked and when I asked I was told so that it would cook over the time for late coming guests."

"I had to book this additional night just to be able to check out at 4 pm because the front desk employee said they are fully booked and can not give me a late checkout so infront of him I booked an additional night and told him apparently you are not fully booked and informed the manager of what happened and she said oh you just booked the last room."
