A true oasis in Okinawa. The room was exquisite. The view to die for. The pool was inviting and comfortable. The spa was amazing. While the dining was limited, we did enjoy the grill. Bucket list destination and deserving of a return visit

We had a fantastic stay here. The room was immaculate and the facilities are beautiful. The staff were all incredible and really made us feel welcome. The property itself is quite far from other amenities so I would recommend hiring a car if you plan to leave the hotel and explore.

While the property is pleasant, I feel that the price does not fully reflect the value offered. For instance, the minibar is not complimentary, especially the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. Breathtaking views

Lovely rooms with perfect ocean views, very helpful and friendly staff. A bit impractical in terms of distance to restaurants and shops if dining at the resort is not preferred.

Everything is amazing! The dining options can be a bit limiting and have odd times so make sure you plan your meals as soon as you can and make the necessary reservations. The resort is exceptional and the staff very attentive.

Iconic landmark hotel resort. The pool area is incredible, warm and soft water infinity pool. The room was comfortable, good AC, strong water pressure, quality soap and face cleanser. Bed was comfortable; was able to order extra pillow. The lighting and charging connections can be adjusted while in bed. Highly recommend a car, otherwise you will feel stuck. Your IDP needs to be within 1 year otherwise it expired. I learn the hard way. I’d suggest they offer diet Coca Cola and more refreshments by the pool. Perhaps a bit more of Western approach to sales at the pool.

The staff is well trained and chat in a scripted manner (lacking sincerity or personal touch). The high compound wall and jinbei wear makes me feel that the resort is like a prison for the affluent. The high windows in the suites have nice views but the feeling is like a glass zoo exhibit.

Should you mind to stay here if plans.

Do not recommend this hotel much to others. There are no Sofa & TV in room. As such, I could not be able to relax at all as long as my son & wide got into bed. I understand this hotel would be nature friendly one however it would be better to let me know prior. Also it was inconvenient for everyone (guest & staff0 to transfer around by cart. Its cafe foods are worst ever. Do not try there. I have been all luxury hotels in the world and this one I can't rate as 5 star one. Although it was pricey too.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und man ist sofort entspannt. Garten, Pool und die gesamte Anlage entschleunigen und sind sehr gut gepflegt. Man hat eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer für die Zubereitung von eigenen Mahlzeiten.

Amazing resort. The grounds are spectacular the pool is top notch and the staff were so friendly. Both dining options on site were top notch. There are a few other options within walking distance as well. Only knock I would say is that the pool chairs, deck, etc could use some TLC there are algae growing on some of the cushions and the deck could use a pressure washing, but that is trivial.

Ill reluctantly 5 star this place. It's very nice, pool is great and not busy, landscaping is great. The only downside is the lack of food options. Its also not very close to other dining options so youll need to cab or uber to restaurants if you dont want to eat at the resort. The spa was also great. Views are great. Sunsets are great. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The property is lovely, and the room was fantastic. Great views out to sea. Bed was comfy, but we needed extra pillows. There is two places for dinner, which you had to book. There was one problem when we booked one restaurant, but it was booked at the wrong restaurant. On our last night, the weather was bad, and in the middle of the night there was a alarm going off, and a warning in Japanese. We didnt understand it, and phoned reception which they said it was about high tide, but there's nothing to worry about. It would be good, if we had prior warnings of what may happen.

En ärlig feedback!

Superfint hotell! Zen. Väl mottagen av personal. Jättetrevliga. Däremot hade vi en högtalare utanför vårt rum som kom med random meddelande extremt högt mitt i natten där dom varnade för höga vågor klockan 04.30. Väckte oss varje gång. Ville att dom skulle åtgärda det och flytta på oss eller kompensera oss men inget hände och dom återkom aldrig även om jag sa till 4 gånger. Högtalaren va tydlingen Okinawa prefekturens egna men va precis utplacerat utanför vårt rum. Annars väldigt bra hotell. Bra service och vackert.
