The staff were fantastic and the beach was beautiful. I read comments about the beach being shallow due to low tide in the afternoon, but my husband and I were at the beach all day (from open to close) and we enjoyed swimming all day long.

This resort is gorgeous, clean, comfortable & the service immaculate. The pools are amazing & views beautiful. The restaurants are pricey but very good food & everything is so clean. It smells like a spa & everywhere inside & out is so clean.

Great experience overall. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Hotel was extremely clean and interiors modern. However, the waiting time of 120-134minutes to get into the breakfast buffet with 2 young children is extreme and needs a solution found. Considering the price we paid for 4 days it was disappointing to find out that the indoor pool and gym are an additional separate cost.

Even though this hotel is far from Naha, still a great start and good neighborhood! We had a pretty packed itinerary for the 6 days we stayed but wished we left room to enjoy the hotel itself! They have so many activities and the beach is AMAZING! We were only able to enjoy the tea room, build picture frames and dip our toes in the water. If you are staying here, definitely have a hotel day! We had the Premium Club keys that grant you free entry to most restaurants and activities so try and get that one if possible.

We found the hotel did have an retro style elegance. However the beds were very uncomfortable, in need of an upgrade. The staff was kind but we had to ask for everything. The view is magnificent,overlooking the ocean no obstruction. We had to pay the use of the beach chairs.

The property was fabulous although I have to say the restaurants at the hotel were very overpriced so we found we had to leave most of the time to eat. For $45 per person breakfast charge is a good example of excessive charges. As well, you had to pay for beach chairs if you're at the beach, which should probably be supplied to hotel guests. Really beautiful hotel though and the indoor pools were great.

Absolutely beautiful 😍. Room was spacious. Meal options are plenty. Meal price include breakfast buffet was pricey but worth it! Scenery from big bath was wonderful. All staff are polite and professional. Love everything!

Cleaning room costs money, using a cabana cost money, using a cushioned sun longer cost money, using gym cost money, using indoor poor cost money. Nothing much to do that doesn’t cost a lot. Lots of kids but unable to use other pool cost the near by sunbed cost. Took the luxury element away. Don’t recommend

The resort was wonderful. We booked a room with a balcony facing the ocean, and the space was both comfortable and spacious. A nice touch was the provision of pajamas for guests, which made our stay feel extra cozy. The only downside was some noise one night, as our room was located near the smoking area. While it wasn’t a major issue, it was a bit noticeable at times. The resort also offered a great incentive for guests who opted out of daily housekeeping. We were given coupons that could be redeemed for hotel services or used at the gift shops, which was a thoughtful perk. The hotel has a couple of swimming pools. The indoor pool was particularly nice, with a sauna, although there was an additional fee to use it. When we visited, we had the whole space to ourselves. The outdoor pool, which was free to use, was also lovely. There was a designated area for young children to swim and play, and while some of the pool chairs were complimentary, cabanas were available for rent. The resort had a few restaurants on-site, though we didn’t dine at them during our stay. Overall, the hotel was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. If you’re planning to explore the area, we highly recommend renting a car, as it makes getting around much easier.

Property was beautiful and clean, but unfortunately we were there the week before the outdoor pool opened. They charge for their indoor pool. We paid one day for my son (5) to use the indoor pool. Basic pool with small toddler slide. There is also a small pool outside the indoor pool area that you can use as well. Rooms are a bit tight for family of 4 with a 5 year old. They squish four beds in one room. That’s there biggest room. Otherwise, you need to get two rooms and it’s pricey. There’s a bit of a drive to everything. We went to the aquarium and Naha for sightseeing. You definitely need to rent a car. There are a few dining options just outside the hotel that you can walk to. We only ate breakfast at the hotel since we included that. Mostly local Japanese breakfast with a few western choices. You do need to wait in line if you do not eat before 7am. My teens went down a little later and were told it was a 40 min wait. We ended up taking them out to get something so we didn’t have to wait so long.
