A great hotel witj ocean view rooms and an infinity pool on the second floor. Dry and mist saunas, ice room, swimming pool indoor as well. A nice spa. A 10 minute taxi drive to many dining options. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful hotel stay

Nice and convenient place to stay with just beach and marine sea facilities just a stone throw away. The hotel staff are nice and so welcoming . The place is so clean, neat and well up-kept. Ample of free parking space provided that you don’t have to worry about when you come back late at night. Overall, my family and I are really happy with the stay. We will come back to the hotel if we come to Okinawa in the future

We loved the hotel as it is modern. The facilities were fabulous for us as we had a young child that loved the pool and breakfast options which had some great Okinawan choices. There is a shopping centre nearby where you are able to dine out or get some groceries.

Great hotel

First floor breakfast is great. Delicious food, variety of choices, friendly staff, and coffee takeout by the gate. Indoor spa and pool are amazing! Especially the ice/cold spa! The water could be a little bit warmer. Room is great with nice view. One down side - club lounge staff are not particularly friendly or polite.

The best thing about our stay here was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They are so attentive and do everything to make visitors comfortable and happy. I send them my gratitude. The sad part is that we couldn’t access any amenities due to Japan’s outdated tattoo restrictions. This means I won’t stay there again despite having enjoyed it, because we could access the pools, spa, or sento. However, we did have club lounge access which had great food and drinks available all day long and a panoramic view of a large part of Okinawa. The hotel is well located between Naha and Hamby town. There’s a Nitori store in walking distance, a robot-serving yakiniku restaurant next door and coco curry right beside it. The food was outstanding. The other drawback was that without a Japanese license you can’t rent the little scooters so taxi was out only option and it cost about 2700 yen to get to the nearest Don Quixote store - a must visit anywhere in Japan.

Cancelled because they weren’t very welcoming. They didn’t allow tattoos in swimming pool. I literally have a mini globe with a tiny plane on my wrist. Respected that was the case so asked to cancel my reservation so that I could go elsewhere. They said I had to go through Expedia. Expedia told me through them. Turns out I left and won’t be getting a refund at all. They didn’t communicate this until I left the hotel. 1k down. Do not recommend the hotel and don’t recommend Expedia.
