"They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village."
"The staff was incredible! They helped us with information such as, renting a car, activities to do in the island and restaurant recommendations. Additionally, the rooms were very clean and had a beautiful ocean view. But like I said, the friendliness of the staff was what made our stay the best!"
"The beach is incredible, but the location is not convenient for out of hotel restaurants or shopping unless you rent a car. The hotel is a good hour from the airport by taxi and the last airport shuttle leaves at 5:40 pm. The hotel is very dated and could use an upgrade but the rooms are huge and have a great balcony. The restaurants are somewhat overpriced for evening meals but the breakfast add on is highly recommended. Overall, if you want the best beach then this is a good choice."
"The room was located in a very convenient spot for us trying to go to Disney Sea as it was only a 13 min walk to the park and a 10 min walk to the mall. It was awesome and everyone was super helpful in the staff, even though we did not speak Japanese. I recommend having an offline translator just in case to make things easier for both yourself and the staff in case any special requests or questions come up. Heads up, If you need to park at the hotel, there is a 2,000 Yen charge per night. There...
"There are a couple of issues with the room. A body worn in inprint is in the center of mattress, top of the mattress was dirty so the hotel uses removalable mattress pad. The sheets on the bed don't fit the width of the mattress. There are no dresser draws to put your clothes in, if you intend to spend more that three days. Cleaning the room and or making the bed incur additional cost each time. Access to the front desk can only happen between 3pm to 10pm."
