An amazing property!!! If you are going to Okinawa this is the place to stay. The rooms are fantastic and the staff are super helpful. The views are amazing from the rooms and Onna has many great restaurants that are in walking distance. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Very spacious room, helpful staff (we met Michael and the French chef at the breakfast restaurant, they are really helpful and cheerful), wonderful view Except one of the staff at the reception assumed asian (myself) should speak Mandarin, cos he only knows Japanese and Mandarin, but very little English. My husband is from England and the staff insisted to speak to me in Mandarin. I guess as a paid customer we will have to do what's convenient for the staff not the other way round right? I hold a hk passport doesn't mean I HAVE to speak Mandarin or know this language. Never Assume, we speak Cantonese in HK.

The resort is great, beautiful scene, big room, clean environment, nice staff and the overall staying is relaxing. Unfortunately the surroundings didnt have much choice of restaurants and no convenience store downstairs, so must drive yourself at around 15 mins to find it. The resort also provides full set of kitchenwares. The parking is also free and have plenty of spaces.

Perfect!

My stay at Kafuu Hotel Okinawa was fantastic. Room is large and spotlessly clean. The Japanese breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room offered a stunning panoramic view of the sea! I’ll definitely choose Kafuu again when I return to Okinawa.

Excellent place for family stay in Onna

We have visited Kafuu Resort almost every year since 2014. This is the hotel resort that I must stay on my annual Okinawa family trip because that is the most comfortable hotels that you can rest, stay, and enjoy with your family. It is comfy, relaxing staying in Kafuu. The most important is the services and food in Kafuu (wonderful dining experience even with the food from 2nd floor Deli cafe). EXCELLENT!!

Kafuu Stay Memorable

Staff were friendly and helpful. Few spoke English, and English fluency was rare; however, goodwill went a long way in making my stay enjoyable. Cafe offered a high quality food carry out for brunch, as well as options at evening time. Condo offered a beautiful view of the South China Sea. The layout of the condo was impressive . Plenty of kitchen counter space. Included a separate dinning space Japanese style.

Great hotel but issues with handling the crowd

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. But we went there during Japan's school holidays and the hotel was packed. Had to wait 15-20mins in the morning for breakfast. Also had some issues with finding parking space. Wish they can expand their capacity during peak season.

The property was nice. The pictures of the property make it look like it is a beach front property, but that is not the case. You can walk to the beach, but note that the hotel does not provide any beach amenities, i.e., beach chairs or umbrella. The hotel pools are very nice. We were disappointed to find that the weight machine in the fitness room was out of order. Overall, nice property. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Excellent choice for a beach trip

The hotel is quite nice, well located for beach vacation. Service is very good and there are 4 restaurants and cafes to choose from. Room has a very good size and clean. I guess all rooms have stunning views from the sea. The only two bad things are: swimming pool is very small with few sunbeds. Breakfast is good but no tropical fresh fruit nor fresh juices. A big disappointment when you expect good and fresh fruit in a tropical island. Besides that everything was perfect.

The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. There is an amazing rooftop restaurant and pool at the annex with a view. And the hotel restaurant in the hotel tower is some of the best food we’ve eaten during our 4 weeks in Japan. Would love to stay here again. The only down side is there is no kids pool area so the pool area is quite crowded with kids and loud for those without kids.
