Absolutely outstanding hotel, staff are excellent and cannot do enough to assist and compliment your stay. Area around hotel is quiet and very scenic. Restaurants are second to none with gourmet class food. Okinawa is paradise on earth with plenty of worthwhile excursions in the local area.

The room was clean, the place was nice. The staff, the WHOLE staff, they were so unwilling to accomodate you. Most of them do not speak English, so it's hard to communicate just to get a table at a restaurant, or a cab with Concierge, let alone to ask any questions. I would visit Okinawa again, but I wouldn't stay here. SO not worth the price tag.
