"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and the location was ideal. We especially liked the shaded porch overlooking the ocean during the day and nights. Loved watching and hearing the waves. Many beach accessories were supplied. Beds were good and water pressure excellent. Only difficulty was that the sliding patio door had a broken handle on the outside so we used the side entrance to go in and out to the porch.John was an excellent host and answered any questions/needs quickly.Considering staying there again next year."

"My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time here! With it being just the two of us, we had more room than we knew what to do with. You cannot get a better location than this. All the photos were accurate and don’t do the location justice! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and Foodlion was just a short drive away for groceries for the week. The house was also equipped with plenty of beach amenities that made my shell hunting so much easier. The house was clean and ready for our stay, and checking in and out was a breeze! Allen was a great host and gave great recommendations around not only Oak Island, but Southport as well! If we had any questions or concerns he replied very quickly and addressed anything we needed. To say we were happy with our stay is an understatement, and if we are lucky enough to get to stay here again we would in a heartbeat!"

"Great location, extremely clean, and quick and easy contact with host! Place had everything we needed.Sister slept in master and she said bed was very comfy and had great water pressure in the shower, but it’s the tiniest shower ever.We slept in middle bedroom, I found bed comfy but husband not so much. Middle bedroom has peeling paint on ceiling, no one slept in that room.Hall bath…shower water pressure very low and overall needs some updating.Hallway walls need some work for bowing paneling, front room floor has some splitting and cold air return need’s changed badly.Kitchen is galley style and fully stocked and everything worked great.Front room furniture and dining room furniture were all comfy and great.Washer and dryer downstairs, outside of unit but in an enclosed room but we didn’t use them. Outdoor shower looked great but the turn handle is broken and metal is sharp so we didn’t use it."

"OUR STAY AT THIS PROPERTY WAS AMAZING! THS STUDIO WAS BEAUTIFULLY DONE AND VERY COMFORTABLE. HAVING THE EXTRA AMENITIES OF THE POOL AND HOT TUB WERE A BONUS! JASON AND NICOLE WERE AMAZING HOST, VERY WELCOMING AND GRACIOUS! WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RELAXING HIDE AWAY!"

"The room was very clean, hot water is great! When they came into clean they did a great job. Everyone that worked there was very, very nice and helpfully. View was great. Only thing I can say is the mattress were harder than what am use to, but totally understand because if not they wouldn’t last. Will be coming back."
