"We had a wonderful time…. Beach house was clean, towels delivered, very well stocked kitchen. Ice maker in the kitchen Convenient washer and dryer just off the kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs in good condition and umbrellas for our use at the beach. Extra fridge in the storage area. The only negative comment would be there were no paper towels or rolls of toilet paper in the entire house when we arrived. When we left, we made sure to leave a roll in each bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen. Definitely recommend this house. OIB is a beautiful area."

"My family had a wonderful time. Plenty of space, and the gazebo that leads directly to the ocean was convenient. We were fortunate to have a nest of loggerhead turtle eggs close to the property, and we were educated about the entire process of how the nest was protected by a group of OIB residents who make sure the newly hatched turtles made it to the sea. You will not regret staying at this lovely place. Thank you Dan for your efforts to help your guests feel welcome and comfortable."
