"Beautiful facility, comfortable clean rooms"

"Pros: location and ocean view Cons: lady at front desk was not friendly and resented having to get out of her chair. No insulation between rooms..people in upstairs room could be heard stomping around at 11:00 at night. No black out blinds. This place has seen better days."

"Loved our stay at the modern beach house. The house was bright and beautiful. My son loved the game room and I especially loved cooking in the kitchen. What I liked also was that there was not a house directly behind it. The view of the ocean from the porch was beautiful. I would recommend staying here 100%!!"

"We used the house for a ladies retreat. We had 24 ladies and there was plenty of space. Clean, Spacious, the best bed I have ever slept on including mine at home. The host are quick to respond. We lost internet connection the first night and the host sent someone out immediately and addressed the issue. Wonderful quiet location as well."

"Just wanted to send in a review and say that we stayed here and had a wonderful time. Ashley, the host was very very accommodating with any questions we had during our stay . The condo was well equipped with anything that we needed, and the view was spectacular ! We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather and every morning we woke up early to have coffee watching the sunrise. And the beach was spectacular to walk on also. I did think it was a little strange that you had to bring your own sheets, but not a big deal as we were traveling by a car and not flying there. Just something you should be aware of before you get there! I believe Ashley has it in the description but honestly, I missed it when I first looked at it. But my mistake. End result, I would highly recommend this unit and dealing with Ashley as a host . And we really enjoyed the entire feel of the Ocean Isle area. We stayed there in November and I’m sure it’s different in the summer when everything’s busier but November was beautiful. Thank you Ashley !!! Scott & Linda "

She graciously let me in the house when there were no renters, so that my family could see the layout and assign bedrooms ahead of time for our thanksgiving vacation. FM is not your typical “beach house”, but a wonderful home at the beach, which just makes it better! "
