"Great house and a great location. Is definitely a little bit more than a five minute walk to the pier. It’s still a great spot! House does not have any complementary coffee or tea or anything like that. Towels were fluffy, couches were comfortable, and garage seemed stuck full of fun. We actually didn’t spend much time there so I’m sure I could say more if we’ve had."

"We absolutely fell in love with this house ! Everything was great. Clean, bright and totally relaxing . Cabinets are labeled and have all kinds of kitchen things to get anyone through a trip. The beds are very comfortable! Quick walk to the beach! If you love collecting shells, this is a perfect spot for that. Laura was amazing to work with…. Answered any questions I had - quickly and friendly. It was just my husband and I- this place is perfect for a couple!"

"No ocean view. The house is cute from the front when you drive up. There are numerous issues with upkeep of the place. I wouldn’t even sit down for hours. Don’t think you’re gonna sit on a porch and see the ocean. The back yard is overgrown and the deck hasn’t been painted in years. The outside shower is dilapidated with a rotted shower curtain and an old water hose on the floor. The carpet inside the house is nasty. The throw rugs in the kitchen and bathroom need washing.I had to wash the cookware and the plates and silverware before I could cook. I was so disappointed that I wanted to just come home. After about 24 hours I accepted the fact that it was not as I had expected and was way overpriced. After that I made the best of it; ate out for meals and enjoyed myself.With a little money and a few days of work; this house could be very nice."

"This is the first time we stayed at an AirB+B and were thrilled with everything. The location on the beach was amazing. The inside of the house was charming with everything anyone would need. It was spotlessly cleaned and beautifully decorated. The deck in the back had a great view of the ocean and the private ramp was convenient. It was so easy to access the sand. We had a blast shelling and brought home the mother load of souvenirs. We can’t wait to go to Holden Beach again and will definitely stay at the same house!"
