"Hot tub wasn't working and the indoor pool was very cold. We thought it would be heated. Breakfast was very good. Since the hotel is condo style on stilts, there is some stair climbing involved if you don't want to use the elevator."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is in a great location that’s literally on the beach. I appreciated having a full kitchen and washer/drying in the room. There was even a dishwasher! My favorite thing was the balcony that faced the ocean, as I enjoy hearing the surf. One day I had an issue with my air conditioning unit but I was fixed immediately. I would absolutely stay here again. With its indoor and outdoor pools, close proximity to the beach, and all the room amenities, this location would be an excellent spot for a family vacation too!"

"The lady working the front desk was rude from the get go. Checked in she barely spoke five words and I had to ask her to repeat them. There were (I assume) homeless people sitting at the property and weren’t asked to leave untill late that night, breakfast was moderate/standard, they didn’t clean the entire room and barely restocked the towels, while trying to go up the elevator we were waiting for one of the cleaning lady’s to go and we were told by the staff that the stairs were faster. I will not stay here again."

"First , the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice size, nice bed , quiet, it was very nice for the price . Unfortunately the hotel allows pets , which should be relegated to 1 or 2 floors, but apparently that’s out of control. The halls have carpet from a distance it looks nice, but there were several pet urine stains . The smell was terrible . If they replace the halls with tile, they might be able to control it . It could be a really nice place for the price ."

"Hotel is under renovation and diffently needs it. I was never told it was getting renovated."

"Hotel in a good location and the room was clean. There were minimal amount of bathroom bath towels, hand and wash clothes. There was a continental breakfast but it was not in a convenient common area. Guests had to go down a long hallway and several different turns and doors before arriving at a set up breakfast area. There was no signage directing you to the breakfast amenity and no map at check-in with simple directions. It was more of a corn maze and eventually you would get to your destination."

"We did not have hot water for about 24 hours without notification and could not shower before bed or when we got up in the morning. There were five in our party"
