"Great stay; easy connection to local or international trains. Room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Highly recommend for traveling between Belgium and beyond."
"Excellent place to stay, a real nice location, close to the Grand Palace, the Cathedral, shops and food places. Personel was awesome, ALL OF THEM. Train station near by, plus Central Station at walking distance (10 min). Highly recomended."
"I loved staying at this hotel. It was clean. I think when we arrived that night our kettle wasn’t working. They couldn’t find any for us that night but next morning we managed to get a new one. There was no mini fridge but for us it was ok. But the best part was that you are literally 5 minutes walk away from the grand place and everything else. You could see the famous monuments in just a 30 minute walk. The location was perfect. Also quite close the train station the midi. You could probably walk but uber was very cheap. In general if i go back to brussels, i will get the same hotel."
"I was very happy with my stay but I think the breakfast was over rated. I had breakfast at 9:30 and it already looked picked over. It's important to keep an eye on the dishes so they are not half full"
"We liked everything about this hotel. Especially the breakfast.
But. Advertising a bar. That never opened except the Thursday night makes me knock it down. We were then told you can use the Novotel across the way. We have an agreement with them. I don’t want to use them. As a big hotel chain I think this is bad you don’t open the bar. I know you have a fridge unit with drinks in it you can buy. No. I wanted a draught beer. Which we got on the Thursday. If as a hotel chain you can afford to lose money. That’s fine."
