The staff at this hotel were spectacular. Jenny checked us in and explained the room, the breakfast, how to access after hours etc. she even walked us to our elevator. This hotel is very close to the Central Station. We had a Viator tour and the meeting spot was less than five minutes away. Easy to walk, tons of food and drink options. Definitely a happening spot in the city. I’d definitely recommend

Our stay here was great, perfect location and steps away from all the iconic landmarks. The hotel staff were super accommodating and always there with any questions. I would note that it got very loud with noise from pubs downstairs which stay open till 3 on weekends (and we were on the top floor), but the view made up for it, maybe just be mindful if you’re wanting more of a quiet stay in Brussels.

Our stay at Alma Grand Place was in general sweet and smooth. Other than the sink was clogged up during the whole stay. The staff, breakfast and environment were phenomenal. We couldn't be more thankful for the staff who provided us with electric fan when we complained that the AC cannot get any cooler. We want to come back...thank you.

We loved our stay here! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the kindest front desk woman , who was helpful with anything we needed. The room was perfect, window view, close to everything! All front desk was super friendly and full of smiles. Highly recommend
