We have been staying at the Grand Aris Hotel in Brussels annually for 10 years. Apart from 3 years due to the Covid pandemic. Walking through the doors we were immediately recognised by the check in-staff, even though it had been 3 years since they had seen us. The hotel has been undergoing renovations to the rooms and the former main lobby is now a very busy cafe/coffee house. Ideally located to the Central Railway Station and in the next street to the Grand Palace Square in the heart of the city centre. I Would highly reccomend a stay at this hotel

About a 7 minute walk from Brussels Central. Very convenient to get to from the airport/for day trips. Location was minutes walk from GrandPlaza and many of the primary sites. Very walkable.

Loved the location, walkable to everything we wanted to do. Was very very clean and safe. Although we didn’t utilize this they also let you store your bags in lockers which I thought was great if you are a backpacker or have large luggage you don’t want to bring around when touring the city!

The front desk staff were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is superb! While we stayed there, the AC didn’t work and our room was very warm. One of the two elevator was out of order and we needed to use only one elevator with others, which is okay. But in two days the elevator didn’t work again and I got stuck in the elevator for one minute. The breakfast was fine with extra charges.

The area was the best. Very close to the train station, the Grand Place and to all the best dining spots. Our room was big. The shower was clean and updated. Everything was great. Highly recommended.
