"Really neat property in a unique area surrounded by bush. House is very comfortable and open - older style but very good. Saw a morepork at night and heard kiwi's. Kids really enjoyed exploring around the area. Candy also goes out of her way to make you welcome. A really good place."

There were no tables on the deck area to rest food, snacks & drinks on - only a few chairs to sit on, yet the house is designed for indoor/ outdoor flow.Otherwise the setting is great - quiet, nice vista over the valley to the city, well appointed property, comfortable rooms, modern facilities. I highly recommend this property."

"A lovely property, a newly renovated villa in a quiet location surrounded by fields. Mostly well equipped, but lacking a few details like somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. Bath plug leaked and TV turned itself on at full volume at 7.30 am!! Good location for access to Twin Coast rail trail."
