"A comfortable stay with a nice comfy bed in a really lovely room. The hallways etc need to match the feelmof the room but if they are on the list of improvements then that will being it all together"

"Very nice. We were in the newer section in the back - the space worked for us. Overall the hotel is fine - we ate dinner there once. Sat on the porch which was a little cold - they have plastic curtains to close it off (to a degree) and radiant heaters. Seems like they were a bit light on staffing - saw only 2 waitstaff - so they had a hard time keeping up. We were there at the end of the season (mid April) so I need to cut them some slack. Russell is nice and peaceful, but quite small. Stayed for 3 nights which was probably one night too long."

"Was definitely in low season. Paid for breakfast, none to be found. No employees. Pool area locked up after dinner. Disappointed."
