"The air conditioning worked but was very loud. The overall apartment isn’t what is displayed online. In fact it’s very tired and run down. The bed was clean and the linen was fresh, but a little expensive for what it was. The windows were open upon arrival and there were moths and flies in the room which took some time to catch and release. It was a good location and included parking. I think in terms of other accommodation I booked this based on the pictures online and was slightly disappointed when I arrive. To a feeling of slightly mis sold "

"Comfortable stay. Car was safe in the parking spot provided. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It would of been great if the room had plates that we could of used. "Great location…just a short walk to shops and ferry to Russell. Also only 18 min walk to Waitangi so very central. Unit is well maintained but staring to show its age. Kitchen and bathrooms have been revamped…..very good but carpet needs replacing. Views are wonderful, staff are helpful and wifi/ TV Sky worked a treat. Large indoor spa went unused. Overall….recommended."
