Holiday Homes in Ninian Park Station

"We weren't provided with any check in information at all and I had to chase for it on the day of travel There was no property information provided in the premises at all meaning we couldn't make the TV work. There was no hot water - apparently the boiler had been turned off. We were told this after we had checked out. The shower controller was broken so if there had been hot water we wouldn't have known which way to turn the dial I asked several times for information about where I should park...

"Delightful stay here with family. Lots of detailed personal touches made stay feel special. Relaxed in garden in evening. House set up for whole family of eight. Walking to restaurants and pubs easy. We were able to easily contact host as needed "

"First impressions were very good as the property was spotlessly clean (I met the cleaner as we were leaving and complimented her on her good work). Penarth is a really nice part of Cardiff with a very pleasant town centre with a really lovely park (Alexandra Park) and even a promenade and a pier. Our host (Rhiannon) kept us well informed and did everything she said she would do. Overall, a really good property in a nice area and I would definitely stay there again."
