"Convenient location right above Tokyo Station, with sheltered access from station to the hotel. Room is rather small but comfortable for one person; room is clean and staff are professional and friendly, who are able to converse well in English. There’s a fitness corner with a couple of treadmills, and two bikes, sparse but sufficient as they aren’t always in use. There are USB ports in the room for charging devices but not all of them were working."

"The room was smaller than on a cruise, lithe bed took up pretty much the entire room, and the bathroom was ridiculous. You had to lean over the toilet to brush your teeth and I’m not exaggerating. I cannot believe it cost as much as it did."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kazusaya and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with luggage forwarding, which made traveling between cities much easier, and they were very accommodating with our schedule, we arrived very late at night and had to check out early in the morning, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The location is also very convenient. It was easy to reach different parts of Tokyo, with quick access to areas like Asakusa, Akihabara, and Ginza, all within a short train ride or even walking distance in some cases. Overall, a very pleasant experience with great service and a comfortable stay. We would gladly stay here again."

"Besides the hotel being above and beyond any other .. for 6 people perfect adjoining rooms with 2 baths. A good 15 min walk from central exit straight to hotel as well an option from the station to walk underground filled with shops and eateries 5 min to on street level to hotel. (longer option but good when raining)"
