"Amazing hotel with a washing machine inside each room. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed within Vietnam. The receptionist was kind of rude when I checked in though. I was served tap water (which I politely declined) when I checked it, and she served the next family some sort of fancy red tea. Check in was delayed by around 10 minutes as well. Everything else was great."

"Our villa was only a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was very spacious for my family of 6. We woke up to see the sun rise and we played volleyball at the beach. Then we chilled in the pool after long days seeing the sightseeing. Lisa and Phuong were so kind and helpful. The only negative is that the facilities were closed because mamagement changed. And having to take buggies to and from the entry gate was a little inconvenient but the staff did their best."

This took place for about 15 minutes only to tell us that our check time was 2 pm. "We stayed 5 nights at the Furama with our kids 13&17. I’d been wanting to stay here for years and this was our first time visiting central Vietnam. The resort is nice, the beach is nice, and we were very grateful to have been upgraded from a 2 to a 3 bedroom pool villa on check in which we appreciated, and so did the kids. It was absolutely huge! Shout out to our Butler Hieu, nothing was too much trouble and he made sure to check in on us every day, helped us with furniture re-arranging, pillows, buggies to the main resort, pickleball… etc. (Thankyou 🙏) All the staff were great. The resort is compact with the main resort separate from the villas, about a 10 min walk from our villa to main resort reception. The villas has its own beach area, restaurant (great breakfast), pool and bar, but we were there in low season so it felt a bit empty and there was more going on at the other side so that is where we ended up. The weather may have played its part, it rained 3 of the 5 days which was a bit of a dampener. The room was big but a bit soulless. Not much decoration, artwork, etc and there wasn’t really anywhere comfortable to relax with the doors open by our private pool and the couches and chairs were all uncomfortable. So it meant we never really felt inclined to chill in the room. It was also not private to the villa next door who could see straight into our lounge/pool and us into theirs, So our stay was ok, but probably didn’t meet our (admittedly, high) expectations"
