"A really nice resort style hotel that is across from the beach. Had an issue with my room when checking in. Very quickly, late at night, the receptionist changed rooms and made things right. A very large, nice and clean room. Awesome large bed and the pillows were very nice. Huge shower that had good water pressure. Even the rain shower head in the ceiling worked great. (That is rare in most hotels.) Daily housekeeping did a great job. I stayed on the 20th floor and the room was quiet. You really do not hear the loud music and Street noise when you are up that high. Beach towels are provided when you head out. I will stay here when I am next in Da Nang."

"I dropped something on the floor that slid under the bed. I was horrified when I saw the dust and debris that was under it! Unfortunately that happened early in our stay and out me off the hotel entirely."
