We had a great stay!!! Great view from are 8 floor condo of the grounds and ocean. Amazing breakfast they made for us at the condo. We rode bikes multiple times with the kids around the property. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Vietnam. Maybe rent one of the houses on the water with its own pool.

Great Villa Resort, very friendly staff who always responded very promptly to any enquiries. We stayed at 2 Villas which were both in great condition. The only downside is that there is not much (restaurants, beach clubs, supermarket) in close proximity to the Villa Resort.

First of all, Anna responded kindly and appropriately to the necessary information before booking and staying, and we were able to stay comfortably for 3 nights and 4 days thanks to Lily's kind check-in and check-out. She also responded and provided the necessary vehicle requests in a timely manner. As for the amenities, we were able to stay in a pleasant space with Tony's appropriate response and response. In addition, clean rooms were cleaned every day, and I enjoyed fresh and delicious exotic food with the help of the chef and assistant every morning. It's a great accommodation for the price. The accommodation is neat and well organized. Located next to the main road along the waterfront, it is convenient to use the grab. We were looking for accommodation suitable for a large family trip of 10 people for 5 nights and 6 days, and this place was perfect for us. The L-shaped swimming pool was much bigger and better than we expected. It had both a shallow area and a pool with a comfortable depth, so it was great for everyone — from very young children to elementary school kids and adults. We enjoyed playing with beach balls, swimming, and having fun in the water, and we used the pool many times throughout our stay. The breakfast service, prepared directly by the chefs who came to the accommodation, was also excellent. There were various menu options, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We really enjoyed it. The daily room cleaning was also done very neatly and thoroughly. Most of all, whenever we had any questions or inconveniences, the staff responded quickly in real time through the KakaoTalk app. Our dedicated staff member, Lily, was especially kind and provided outstanding service, so we were very satisfied. The location was also convenient enough for traveling to Da Nang city and Hoi An. Grab delivery worked well, and whenever we called a Grab or inDrive taxi, it arrived without any issues, which made transportation very convenient. My first Vietnam

I visited this villa with my parents. Even though our check in time was very late, manager and staffs sincerely help us. And I would like to recommend breakfast service! Chefs came to our villa every morning, so we could enjoy private service. If you have any question during stay, please don’t hesitate to ask. Because all of staffs and managers will help you right away. Thanks to Anna & Tony, our vacation was comfortable and safe. Everything was perfect!

We had an absolutely amazing family trip at Ocean Estates. The villa itself was stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. The private swimming pool was a highlight for us, and the large rooms gave everyone plenty of space to relax. The outdoor barbecue setup made for some unforgettable dinners under the stars. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality of Anna and Jenny. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive to every detail — whether it was helping us settle in, arranging transportation, or making thoughtful local recommendations. Their warm and genuine care turned a beautiful stay into a perfect one. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape with world-class service. Comfortable, perfect for family and friends.

Our one-week stay was pleasant and relaxing. The 2BR apartment we booked was clean and comfortable throughout. Facilities around the resort were also great and family/friends-friendly. One thing I would comment on is the breakfast and housekeeping services, it was difficult communicating with the staff at times. Their cleaning of the whole room was not as thorough as expected, leaving dirty dishes and rubbish around the kitchen area as well as the rubbish bin. But we had a staff support group which really helped with our stay. Overall, it was really worthwhile and an awesome trip to Da Nang.
