My family is so glad that we chose this resort for our first stay in DaNang and first visit to Vietnam. The villa was nice, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were great. Nicholas one of the staff members was super helpful through out our stay. We’re already talking about coming back and bringing more family Food at the beachside restaurant was excellent.

The resort was a fun experience and the breakfast was great. The room was modern and well kept. The staff were attentive always willing to help when needed. The beach area and pool were nice and there are always staff ready to assist if needed. There are many activities that are run at this resort although many of them come with an extra fee. It isn't much but it would be nice having more things included without having to pay extra. That being said, this was a great place to stay with many things to keep you occupied. I only went into the main restaurant but it was nice having different options for food.

We stayed in the 3 bed beachside villa with private pool and it was worth every penny. Had a great time with wonderful facilities and great service. The only thing is the photos are not accurate-there is no stove to cook on, however room service and restaurants on site are great. Definitely come here again.

The room was very clean. Staff are attentive and friendly. The property is soooo beautiful. I could imagine having a destination wedding here. The complimentary breakfast was a plus to keep us satisfied until lunch time. The property is HUGE.

Big hotel and staffs get annoyed when they speak to you in English but you couldn’t understand. The breakfast was so over packed with hundreds of convention guests while i stayed. Hotel did not have enough staff to support the flow. Walking to the pool was pleasant with its foliage. Pool was nice and decent size. Also sitting next to the beach. Finally, The only beach bar opens at night but lack of vibe or guests. No music and food wasn’t impressive.

Breakfast had plentiful options and meal preparation points for omelets and soups. Lots of fresh fruits and pastries. Staff was super friendly and helpful, access to beach and bit more quiet area next to the Marble Mountains was a definate plus. To say the large size of the hotel, it was absolutely spotlessly clean. The staff were absolutely wonderful friendly and courteous, everyone of them. The food in the hotel was far beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend Koi resort, and when im next in vietnam i will be staying here without a doubt.

Fantastic room, hotel, staff and service. Only 2 small issues which we mentioned to the team - waterfall shower head needed descaling and a la carte evening menu was not to their normal standard. Would highly recommend this hotel. We had a lovely relaxing time. Also the breakfast was awesome.
