"Great Location - easy to get into the Old Town and a short walk down the beach to An Bang. We had an apartment which was fine, except that there was no cutlery and nothing to cook with if one was thinking of doing meals. The breakfast was very average but adequate. Access to the beach was simple, but there was very limited shade provided on the beach. Overall it's not a bad place to stay and while I probably won't stay again, I wouldn't dismiss it as an option if you get a good price."

"Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed. The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way). Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy. Highly recommended!"

"Just got back to Los Angeles from 9 nights at this beautiful hotel. I can't say enough about it and its staff. Everybody is extremely helpful and friendly. Absolutely wonderful. From the pickup at the airport, to check-in, to my wonderful room and the beautiful pool and ocean access. Nhi & Uyên....always checking on my comfort and stay. Very attentive and professional. Thank you. Housekeeping staying on top of my room needs was great. Really enjoyed their surprise snacks, sweets, and fruit plates. Mr. Hung, the director of food and beverage, and his entire staff of people working the bars and restaurants, were extremely kind and genuinely concerned about my overall satisfaction. Special thank you to everybody who was so kind...... My, working at Elyxr Bar. Great margaritas and always a beautiful smile on her face! The staff at the Gaia pool bar.....Viet, Chi, Khang, Nam, Bao...... everyone. And of course, Hong. Everybody kind, professional, and happy to help.
