"Started off good in communication, but became a bit slow in effective and constructive replies. Had the baby crib requested, but no other amenities. They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored. None of property restaurants were opened, just 1 that is extremely expensive/overpriced for the quality and quantity provided. Only a spa/massage...

"Beautiful property thatโs great for large groups with side by side villas. Location was perfect to explore both Danang and Hoi An and we spent equal time at both. Breakfast was excellent and service from staff was exceptional."

"Property is dated. Room was very large but was given zero information on where anything was. Had a kettle but no tea or robe. Gardens are very well maintained and beautiful but everything else needs an upgrade as you could see it was very warn. You could hear everything through the walls. Have to get a car everywhere and not much walking distance other than the golf course. "

"The Ocean Villas resort is a great private resort right on the sea front. It is quite a distance from the heart of Da Nang but not that long (or expensive) in a taxi. It was also not that far from Hoi An.
Jenny, our butler, was absolutely fantastic. The in villa chef cooked breakfast was amazing both times we had this and when we needed anything from Jenny she was on hand to assist. Including arranging a driver for us to do the touristy stuff, who stayed with us all day.
The only negatives is that there is literally nothing in walking distance. No coffee shows, marts or restaurants (besides the resort restaurants) so everything was a cab ride away. "

"This place was beautiful and quiet, a block away from the beach. We were there in May, so not high season, the beach was so empty we practically had it yo ourselves:) Far enough from the hustle of Da Nang proper to make it so relaxing. The driver you can hire- Ben- is so very nice and helpful, and super affordable! Even for a whole day. Would come again!"
