Melia Da Nang was exceptional. Service at the pool bar was a little slow and because the resort wasn't full it lacked some atmosphere. On the plus side, we could always get a sun bed! Location was quite a way out of town (not walkable in the heat) but Grab transport was easy to use, always available and cheap.

Although the weather was not very good, we were extremely satisfied with our 4-day stay. The kind and attentive staff, the delicious breakfast, great facilities, and comfortable room with excellent room service made our stay perfectly relaxing. We especially loved the complimentary 30-minute daily spa service and the afternoon tea time — the menu changed every day, so we looked forward to visiting it each afternoon.

A lovely property with beautiful gardens and beach area. The beach and pools are clean and well maintained. We stayed in a premium double room which was a lovely size. The only downside was that in 5 days, our keycard mechanism stopped working 3 times which was frustrating. The staff did sort it within 10 minutes by sending an engineer but it was still fairly annoying to deal with. The safe in the room also didn’t work, we had a power cut on our first night and the balcony is completely unfurnished so you can’t enjoy the balcony (a bit pointless having one to be honest). The breakfast had a great selection and the stuff were all very helpful and accommodating. The manager was lovely and offered to change rooms as well as offered compensation. We appreciated him taking the time to locate us and apologise for the issues with the room. The location is good if you prefer peace and quiet away from the main hustle and bustle (which we do) but is still only a short drive away from the main city centre.

I was staying in The level room. everything was good but the level room's door need to fix or change becase it was too stiff and when I open or close to the door, it was so loud. We used two room but one was furnished with amenities but the other room has not be furnished without conditioner.
