Warm and cozy studio apartment
Beautiful, cozy, newly constructed and insulated apartment in a multi family home located in a residential area. Large garden/lawn area. Walking distance to several grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies and restaurants. Close to all major modes of transportation and can be in Manhattan within 20 minutes via the Long Island Rail Road (5 min walk). About 15 minutes from JFK and 20 minutes from LGA airport with normal traffic.

Recently foam insulated so no more cold nights! You have everything you need to make you feel right at home. Keurig coffee machine, full kitchen with everything you would need. Nice office area to get some work done. For entertainment you have a 60 inch curved TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Showtime. Clean bathroom stocked with toiletries and essentials.

Feel free to walk around the property and lay out on the grass on a nice warm day. Children are welcome to play on the grass as well.
