Pro: This hotel is a convenient stay before heading to the airport and shuttle to airport every 30 minutes with friendly staff. Con: Staffs seem a bit overwhelmed with the number of people coming in. The lobby is small but I guess expected in New York area. The area around the hotel is ok during the day but when we arrived (around 9pm) we did not feel comfortable going out again at night. The valet parking area is too small to fit all the cars, and we had to find street parking (it wasn’t too difficult though). Overall, it’s an ok place to stay overnight but for $200 it’s maybe a bit overpriced. Also I don’t recommend booking here for guests (such as my parents…) who are used to more spacious/less crowded hotel experiences.

At check in the front desk agent was eating Doritos. Very abrupt greeting. The people in the next room were loud, cursing and sounded like children fighting and playing video games till 1:00am At 3:55am we were in the lobby to get the 4:00am Shuttle. The shuttle was full. Had a 30 minute wait for the next shuttle. It was an aggressive situation to complete for a seat on the next shuttle. It was an overall unpleasant experience

We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was despite its proximity to the airport. The staff, especially the shuttle driver were very helpful , courteous and friendly.

A convenient place to stay at JFK Airport. Arriving guests can get a shuttle from the Federal Circle station on the AirTrain and/or get dropped off at departure terminal. Dining options are very limited in the area. The hotel is above average but not great.

Everything was perfect but heres a heads up "if youre bringing a game console" this is my second time at this hotel, the first trip you will be able to connect your console to the wifi but the second visit it will not connect unless you erase and forget the wifi connection completly out of the game system

The staff are very friendly. If there were any questions or concerns regarding my room they would fit it right away. The first day I checked in, the two ladies at concierge take care of me, they also made sure the shuttle was scheduled to pick me up when I was leaving.

Building needs some updating. Its worn. The room was fine. Huge TV. Location was good and shuttle was convenient. Went to the bar to get something to eat and was told by customers that kitchen was extreamly slow. 40 min. to get food. I didnt stay to order.
