Me and my husband were celebrating our anniversary away from the kids and this hotel was perfect it has a kitchenette I cooked the first night but honestly there is so many restaurants around that we ate out most of the time. The room was clean the hotel was quiet and service was good. The only con was that in the same street there is a few major hotels and one that looked like a shelter so the street always haves movement outside but for the most part I felt very safe and I loved that we were so close to timesquare. I will definitely be staying here again.

I had a Queen suite for 2 nights. PROS: good location, nice staff, comfortable bed, no bed bugs, clean room and towels, large TV, nice stocked kitchenette, updated sink, Dove brand toiletries, free washer/dryer in the basement. Welcome waters and chips was a nice touch. CONS: unreliable door keys, bad odor when the heat turned on (AC was ok), they ran out of coffee for the rooms (still had coffee at the lobby), homeless people and filthy street when walking towards 9th Ave (towards 8th Ave was not an issue). Don’t expect a view out of the window.

The location of the hotel is great. It is a relatively small one but typical for NYC. The room had a kitchenette that was a plus for our stay. It had everything we needed for the most part.

The wifi was out for the last three days of my trip. I asked if they would reduce the resort fee and the response was curt and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

The hotel is well located in Midtown Manhattan, close to Times Square and the Metro. Room was well equipped and hotel staff were very friendly and professional.
