When we checked in we were given keys to a room that already had occupants. We walked in and saw all their stuff. Our room was old and the keys stopped working part way though. The ground was dirty under the bed. It was a place we could sleep but we definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay at a best western again.!

The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly. Close to airport. Free parking. Rooms are big, clean and beds comfortable. Considering that many hotels in nyc have been used as shelters, i was hesitant to stay, but a friend referred me to this hotel and i wasn't disappointed. I will be back.

For the price this hotel was a joke. The room was tiny. The hallways look like an apartment complex in Brooklyn. Right next to a major highway. Maybe invest in sound proof windows. We got no sleep. Never again.
