"From checking in to checking out was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life! I booked a room for two adults and two children during spring break. I’ve booked it early, so there would be no issues with the room. I call them about my reservation and they seem very nice over the phone. Tell me yes I have my room available.
