It's one of the best places to stay and spend your vacation in. The property is very clean and you feel comfortable with it. It has everything you need in kitchen and so many towels in the bathroom and the kitchen plus many pillows. I give it more than 5 stars 🌟.

The room was spacious and clean, your right on the beach also with pool access. Close by shopping and restaurants. Parking was tight with only 1 car per room no guest parking. Most likely to stay here again.

The condo was very clean and had everything needed. We had a lower level unit in the towards the back, so we didn’t have an ocean view. So if that is important to you specify that you would like a unit in the front. I was a little disappointed with that but made the most of it

The house was amazing clean and ready for us we cked in late so did it over the phone provided and was smooth the kids loved there rooms and we loved the separate bathroom from there the access to the beach was amazing just a walk away amd with 3 little kids it was perfect we set up for the day and went back and forth from the ocean to the pool to our place to eat it was the most relaxing vacation for us after 15 hr drive ever

We were pleased that the pictures matched what the real view was. We enjoyed the beach access and proximity to all of the adventures we wanted to complete during our stay. Older facility but clean and very nice stay, would definitely stay there again.

Great accommodations! The room was comfortable and right by the beach. There’s a fully stocked appliances in the kitchen for cooking. The pool is also nice for any kids who want to swim. Only recommendation is to make the Sea Villa distinction clear in the ad - it’s a different location than the address listed in the check-in materials.

We stayed at New Smyrna Waves for our wedding anniversary, and everything was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spotless, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. All around, it was a fantastic stay, and we can’t wait to come back—next time with the kids!

We loved our stay here. The room was clean and very accommodating. The kids got to play in the pool and we were very close to access the beach. Parking was free and super close. The ladies at the front desk made check in and check out very smooth and easy. Everyone was very nice to us. Cannot wait to visit again really soon.

Checkin after hours wasn't great. It isn't clear that the location of the villas is a mile away from the office. It's not great to have to return to the office in the morning and to check out in person. Everything could be done more efficiently and without contact. The location was great.
