"The Hardrock was amazing. I loved the fact that they were very welcoming and helpful. The view was beautiful. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the rooms are alot bigger on this floor. The rooms were cleaned everyday and they made sure they stayed on top of cleanliness. The only downside is parking. believe for the price you pay in resort fees and room cost overall parking should be free or at a more reasonable price like maybe $10 a day. Valet parking should remain the same because its a luxury
