Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. However, we would have liked it better if breakfast of some sort was provided

Great find! Hotel was clean, great customer service and good location

It was my first time staying at Element and I had such an amazing experience. From when we walked in, the front desk agent was very welcoming while training someone else. I believe her name was Ana. We were also able to check in earlier which was helpful. The valet attendants were amazing. We didn’t have a car, however they never fail to open our uber doors or help us with our bags. All the staff were very nice and attentive. The room was very clean and very nice. The bathroom was very spacious just like the bedroom. The area is very walkable and we love that we could just take a walk to the icon center in the evening for dinner, ice cream or to just check out the activities. We also love the breakfast options, especially the yogurt parfait bar. The gym is very nice, weights only go up to 50lbs. but it’s okay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it.

Resort fees and parking fee is a little steep but over all a nice hotel clean rooms and the fireworks view are worth it .
