  • SPECIALS: AUGUST $2400.NOVEMBER & DECEMBER $2200 (each) JANUARY $2,300! Charming, cozy & less than 90 steps to the sandy beach -everything inside is new (12/20). Lovely outdoor deck with gas grill, Gas table top fire pit, solar lights and seating for 14. This tiny, but quaint cottage sleeps five and is just steps to the beautiful beach at 9th Avenue and Hill Street. Two blocks away from the Sea Vista Tiki Bar(w/pool) on the beach. Famous Flagler Avenue with restaurants, bars with live music nightly, shopping, surf shops and shuffleboard courts is just a 10 minute walk away. New Smyrna Beach is 30 minutes south of Daytona Beach and LPGA. It’s a surf hub known for its beaches, including nearby Canaveral National Seashore. The coastal Smyrna Dunes Park has views of Ponce Inlet and its lighthouse. Downtown’s palm-lined Canal Street Historic District has art galleries, shops and the New Smyrna Museum of History. In New Smyrna Beach, there is something for everyone. From a vibrant local food scene to the performing and visual arts, we are the perfect choice for creating new family traditions.
