"Very charming. Our bed was very comfortable. Our room upstairs had a nice balcony patio overlooking the pool and garden area. Our room was very clean and housekeeping excellent. We dined with our dog on the patio at Sevis. Bri was awesome as a server Our dinners were great"

"This is the only place to stay in Santa Cruz or Capitola area. It was created from the original railroad station in Capitola. Each room is exquisite and unique. Sauger the general manager & his team are amazing. Fresh cook breakfast every morning either delivered to your room or seated in the lovely family room with Fireplace. Well appointed. The rooms she like home."

"WORST experience ever.. the place is nice but the front desk KERI was rude, discriminating, and cheating us charging us 2x saying we need to pay and expedited and accusing us of refusing to pay while I gave my car and she took it out right away. Told my daughters and mom to leave her office cause they were yelling while they were not it’s all on camera ended up calling the police, police didn’t even understand her when she try to explain what credientials are. KERI also refuse to call her manager or give me the correct number for her manager EVELYN that never called us back to apologize or anything. The place is nice the customer service is MESSED UP would never waste my MONEY here again."

"The location of the property is excellent. You don't need to get into your car except to shuffle if you have more than one. Parking in the area is 2 hours during the day, but we were able to do it on a weekend, The house is beautiful and has lots of charm. Only two criticisms. Wish it had a full dining room instead of a dinette in the panty and I wish the downstairs bathroom on the porch (not listed but you can kind of tell with this age of house) had been available as the only bathroom was upstairs for 6 people kind of a slog. Bedrooms comfortable with nice closets, although the primary did not have a dresser.With the stairs, not really good for young kids or people with mobility issues. But it was a delightful place otherwise and we had a great time. "
