The pictures on the website looks nothing like how the rooms are The balcony is very small and they have no elevator so you hang to carry your luggage up some stairs I booked there from Friday to Monday and left on a Saturday because the room was filthy Would not recommend booking

My partner and I have been coming here for about 5 years. During this period we've stay at this hotel about 9 times. When we first started coming here, there was an active bar/restaurant. Through the years they closed it so if you have to get a meal or drinks you'll have to go to the sister hotel which is on the beach. Although their televisions have not work the last 3 times we've stayed here, we still chose this hotel. It's a 5 minute walk from the airport so don't spend you're money in transportation. From this hotel to the beach its an 8 minutes walk and a $6 per person ride each way. The staff are amazing!!!!! Very helpful and attentive. I just got back home and I'm planning my next trip out there.

The property was located in a convenient spot near the airport. It is a diamond in the raw. Very Raw. The so called continental breakfast was a muffin and coffee. The restaurant was closed for some time. So the only place to eat was at the airport or the next resort down the bay. Don’t get in the upper pool until they clean drain and fix it. The place has potential to be nice venue , but will need a lot if work. I give a thumbs up to the staff for trying to keep up with this dated place. We stayed in a villa with a beatiful view. The room was clean and recently renovated. They at least need a shuttle to the next resort where you can eat and hang in the beach.

We stayed in the King ocean-view Villa Suite ( The Hibiscus Suite)- definitely the nicest suite. Sweeping views of the Caribbean. Very private and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property in general is showing its age. Our TV remote was missing- so no TV. Coffee pot was inoperable- but coffee available in the lobby. The villas are a step above the hotel rooms. We walked to the airport in less than 10 minutes. Inconvenient for access to restaurants or grocery.

Overall the stay was good. We had a kind ocean view room. The view was gorgeous, and it had a nice large balcony. The room was clean as was the hotel overall. Our room was not ready at the 4p check in and we had to wait an hour and a half, and the communication was not the best. The electrical in the room was a bit iffy as well. One side table light would not stay on. The coffee machine would not stay on in the outlet it was plugged into, so we had to move things and unplug things to use it. The location to the airport was great, at most a 5 minute walk and also at most a 5 minute walk to Emerald Beach, which was great. Overall it was a nice stay for the price.

I loved the staff very good people just the no heat and 8 channels were insane to me but it’s close to the airport it’s far from everything if you’re getting a taxi or walking wise. But the staff are such nice respectful people I’d come back again.
