"Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east."

"Check in was not welcoming or helpful. Tried to put us in a 3rd floor suite. I paid for a walk out lanai on the beach, on the first floor. Our room was very outdated, not very comfortable. Bathtub jet’s didnt work. Also, bath water was brown/taupe color… Soo disgusting. Some staff at restaurant were not personable, or couldn’t multi task orders. Beach was beautiful and so was the ocean. Food & drinks at restaurants were delicious."

"We loved our stay at Jayhawk Villa! Six ladies stayed to celebrate my sisters bachelorette! Great location to red hook and the ferry to St John! Communication with Charise was clear and she responded right away with any questions! The villa was clean and spacious, we would stay here again! "

"Beautiful property perfect for our group of 8. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was new, updated and well equipped and the three bedrooms were large and each had their own balcony and bathroom. The location was great as we could easily walk to the beach and pool. We travelled with 3 children, aged 1, 4 and 5 and the kids loved it! Amy was wonderful in communicating with us before and during the trip. I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back again soon!"

"Beautifully decorated, spacious, and stocked With helpful items like sunscreen, beach toys, towel, cooler, chairs, and condiments & Cooking necessities. in the fridge. Comfortable beds, working Jacuzzi, Super clean! The pool and area were beautiful. The gym was excellent and we used it. Spent every morning at the little beach for sunset. Would not swim here though. Found another secret harbor for sunsets within a three minute walk. Would stay here again!"
