"Absolutely beautiful condo overlooking the beach and sea. This condo was one of the most thoughtfully appointed we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay convenient and comfortable. Whether it’s a day at the beach or the pool they have you covered with all the goodies you’ll need to enjoy. The communication couldn’t be better or more timely. We would definitely return to this condo."

"The property was spacious, extremely clean and really nice views. The host sent very good directions on how to get to the property which were much appreciated. We left early due to an extended power outage on the island but the host offered great communication throughout. Would book with her again."

"The condo was very nice and clean. I loved being able to pick up fresh beach/pool towels each morning, rather than having to do laundry. Our host gave a wonderful long list of beaches, restaurants, and activities to do in the area. We had a very nice pool, however the beach in cowpet bay had a lot of seaweed. You also couldn't go in without shoes due to the rocks. However, we enjoyed going to different beaches each day. Be sure to check the cruise line schedules to avoid going to popular beaches on those days. Coki beach was beautiful but it's tiny and the cruise people left trash all over. Trunk Bay on St John was the most beautiful beach we saw with great snorkeling."

"Our host, Jerscillia, at Villa Francisca was so helpful. From check-in to check-out, she was there for us to answer our questions. We had a power and water cut off one morning! After calling Jerscillia, everything was back on in about a hour. The house was perfect for our family of 13. We had plenty of room for family game nights and just hanging out around the pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and utensils. There were lots of extras there also. Our whole family loved everything about our stay on St. Thomas. The Shanks family from Nashville, Tn."
